Delete your GYMZY account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open GYMZY and sign in.
2. Tap the “حسابي” (My account) icon at the top, next to sign-out.
3. Choose “حذف الحساب” (Delete account) and confirm.

Member, staff, coach and merchant accounts are deleted immediately. A gym owner's account holds the whole gym's data, so the GYMZY team completes it within 7 days of the request.

Without the app

Email mohamed.n.salem87@gmail.com from the email address on the account, subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm.

What is deleted

The sign-in account; your profile, health details, workouts, progress, points, notifications and devices.

What is kept

Payment receipts, attendance and payroll rows stay in your gym's books as financial records, without your phone and email.
