GYMZY تطبيق لإدارة الجيمات وتدريب الأعضاء. السياسة دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها، وليه، ومين بيشوفها، وإزاي تحذفها.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، الإيميل، رقم الموبايل، وصورة الحساب لو دخلت بحساب جوجل.
- بيانات التمرين والصحة اللي بتكتبها بنفسك: السن، الوزن، الطول، الهدف، الإصابات أو الحالات الصحية، أسلوب الحياة، وسجل تمارينك وتقدّمك ونقاطك.
- بيانات الجيم: اشتراكك، مواعيد دخولك وخروجك من الجيم، المدفوعات والإيصالات. وللموظفين: الحضور والانصراف والمرتبات والجزاءات.
- الموقع: بس وقت ما بتستخدم ميزة محتاجاه — تسجيل حضور الموظف داخل نطاق الجيم، أو البحث عن أقرب جيم. مش بنتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
- الكاميرا والصور: لمسح أكواد QR (الدخول والأجهزة)، ولصور بتختار ترفعها بنفسك.
- الميكروفون: بس وقت ما بتكلم المدرب الصوتي؛ الكلام بيتحول لنص وبيتبعت كنص.
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز عشان نبعتلك إشعارات الجيم.
بنستخدمها في إيه
- تشغيل حسابك واشتراكك في الجيم، والدخول والخروج.
- عمل برنامج تمرين وتغذية مناسب ليك بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ومتابعة تقدّمك.
- حساب حضور ومرتبات الموظفين للجيم اللي بيشتغلوا فيه.
- إرسال إشعارات تخص اشتراكك وجيمك.
مش بنبيع بياناتك، ومش بنستخدمها في إعلانات.
مين بيشوف بياناتك
- الجيم بتاعك: صاحب الجيم وموظفينه اللي بيحتاجوها في شغلهم (الاستقبال، المدرب).
- مقدمو خدمات بيشغّلوا التطبيق لحسابنا: Google Firebase (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول والإشعارات)، Google Gemini (توليد برامج التمرين والردود — بنبعت البيانات اللازمة للطلب بس)، Paymob (الدفع بالكارت أو المحفظة للمنتجات — بيانات الكارت بتروح لهم مباشرة ومش بنخزنها)، وGoogle Play وApple للمشتريات داخل التطبيق.
- أي جهة قانونية لو القانون ألزمنا.
الحماية والاحتفاظ
البيانات متشفرة أثناء النقل، والوصول ليها محدود بالصلاحيات. بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك موجود. لما تحذف حسابك، بياناتك الشخصية بتتحذف فوراً؛ إيصالات الدفع وسجلات الحضور والمرتبات بتفضل عند الجيم لأنها دفاتره المالية، من غير رقمك وإيميلك.
حذف الحساب
من جوه التطبيق: أيقونة «حسابي» ← حذف الحساب. أو شوف صفحة حذف الحساب.
الأطفال
التطبيق مش موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 سنة. الأعضاء تحت 18 سنة بيستخدموه من خلال جيمهم وبموافقة ولي الأمر حسب قواعد الجيم.

GYMZY is an app for running gyms and coaching their members. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, and your Google profile photo if you sign in with Google.
- Fitness and health details you enter: age, weight, height, goals, injuries or health conditions, lifestyle, workout history, progress and points.
- Gym records: your membership, gym entry/exit times, payments and receipts; for staff: attendance, payroll and penalties.
- Location: only while you use a feature that needs it (staff clock-in within the gym's radius, finding a nearby gym). No background tracking.
- Camera and photos: to scan QR codes and for photos you choose to upload.
- Microphone: only while you talk to the voice coach; speech is converted to text.
- Notifications: a device token to deliver your gym's notifications.
How we use it
To run your account and membership, build AI workout and nutrition plans and track progress, compute staff attendance and pay for their gym, and send you relevant notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your gym (its owner and the staff who need it for their work) and service providers that operate the app for us: Google Firebase (hosting, database, sign-in, notifications), Google Gemini (generating plans and replies — only the data a request needs), Paymob (card/wallet payments for physical products; card details go to them directly and are never stored by us), and Google Play / Apple for in-app purchases. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and access is permission-restricted. We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately; receipts, attendance and payroll rows remain in your gym's books, without your phone and email.
Deleting your account
In the app: “حسابي” (My account) → “حذف الحساب” (Delete account), or see the account deletion page.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Members under 18 use it through their gym with a guardian's consent, under the gym's rules.
